Central Barrio Development acquired, redeveloped and repositioned a mid-century two-story 20,496 SF office building in Central Tucson into a vibrant mixed-use building with 16 apartments on the second story and creative office space on the ground floor. The property is located 3 minutes from The University of Arizona and 5 minutes from Downtown Tucson, just south of the corner of Tucson and Broadway Boulevards.

The property also sits adjacent to the Broadway Corridor, a project being developed by Rio Nuevo TIF District, which aims to transform Broadway Boulevard between Euclid Avenue and Country Club Road aka “The Sunshine Mile”. The vision of this project is to transform this stretch of Broadway Boulevard into a destination neighborhood for regional visitors and local residents that caters to the pedestrian experience.
