Central Barrio acquired and restored two 1939 adjacent houses to their former charm while introducing harmonious finishes and modern amenities to complement the original character of the structures. The houses are located a block East of the Five Points area in Downtown Tucson.

Some of the key improvements included exposing the original wood in ceilings and brick in perimeter walls while improving the layouts by opening up the space and adding a breakfast bar. Both units were fully interior designed and furnished to offer as short term rentals.
