This project consisted on restoring a 1942 jewel to its former glory while introducing modern finishes and amenities. The house is located in historic Blenman-Elm neighborhood in Central Tucson. 

Some of the key alterations included opening up the kitchen, reorganizing the master bathroom and redesigning a TV room. Original oak hardwood floors along with a vintage gas fireplace were restored and combined with modern finishes such as subway tile, quartz and butcher block countertops.
