Cherry is a 9,000 SF industrial building that sits in the middle of a 2.2 acre parcel in Barrio San Antonio, just half a mile from one of the busiest intersections in Central Tucson. 

The concept envisions the development of market-rate urban apartments and the rehabilitation and reuse of the existing building structure into a space for a synergetic commercial user. A second phase contemplates the development of for-sale single family houses targeted to young professionals, individuals and families looking for an urban and modern lifestyle.
